Costco is done!

The Costco project is completed here on the NW end of Bend. Our access is great from all directions now that all of the new road improvements are done. We have easy access from Hwy. 20 via Cooley Rd., Robal Rd. or Henry Drive (which is a new road that the city of Bend so graciously allowed us to donate to the cause). Parkway access from the South is quick and easy with the new business 97 exit 135A. This exit allows access from Robal road by Target and Sportsman’s Warehouse. Southbound 97 traffic from Redmond can jump off by Space Age fuel and access WT Equipment from Cooley Rd.

It has been a long summer of construction, but the process has been pretty smooth. Costco, Robinson Construction and Taylor NW have all been great to work with. They all tried their best to make the whole project as painless as possible, their business was an added bonus! With the work done, WT Equipment can finally install a permanent fence and finish the ongoing landscape project.
